What to expect with a Candid Home Inspection?

Your home will be inspected to the Standards of Practice Set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission by a licensed professional inspector. These Standards have been put in place to help ease the Home Buying or Selling process. At the end of your inspection a Summary of Deficiencies will be defined by a verbal presentation followed by an emailed presentation for your records.
